What it covers |
|---|---|
Setting up your company, onboarding your team, creating recognition cards, and sending your first Flaree. |
Your company profile, inviting and managing people, seats and roles, and grouping the team into departments. |
The core action: how to send recognition, the daily points budget, group sends, and what happens afterwards. |
The four badges, the exact rules behind each one, when they are calculated, and how people are notified. |
Automatic Flarees for birthdays, work anniversaries and the company birthday: how to set them up and what gets sent. |
The four ranking views, how points are counted, what the columns mean, and why sending Flarees does not move your position. |
Asking your team a set of questions, collecting the answers, and reading the results. |
Every recurring message Flaree sends: what arrives on which day, who receives it, and whether it lands in Slack or your inbox. |
Creating cards by hand or with AI, how many times a card can be sent, series, and how Special Flarees are unlocked. |
The four roles, who can send and who can manage, changing someone’s role, and what deactivating does to a seat. |
The engagement dashboard: what each number actually counts, the charts, and how to read them correctly. |
Generating an API key, the REST endpoints for sending and reading, and where Zapier and Make.com stand today. |
Setting up the workspace, the /flaree commands including roulette, and every message Flaree posts or sends privately. |
The trial and what follows it, how seats are counted, paying, invoices and promotion codes. |
What Flaree is
Flaree is an employee recognition and engagement platform. People send each other Flarees, recognition cards tied to your company values, and those transfers turn into points, leaderboard positions, and badges.
It is web first. Slack is optional, so nobody is locked out of recognition because they do not live in a chat tool.
The core ideas
Term | What it means |
|---|---|
Flaree | A recognition card one person sends to another. Carries a message and a number of points. |
Card | The template a Flaree is sent from. Pick one of the built-in templates or create your own around your values. |
Points | What the recipient earns. Points drive the leaderboard. |
Leaderboard | Ranking by points received. Filterable by month, quarter, sprint, and department. |
Badge | Automatic recognition for people who send consistently. Four kinds, awarded on a schedule. |
