Leaderboards, or Elite Rankings
The leaderboard ranks people by the points they have received. Four views cover four different time windows, and each can be narrowed to a single department.
You will find it at Dashboard → Leaderboard. It opens on Sprint Champions.

Monthly Masters shows last month, not this one. In August it displays July. The month is only ranked once it has finished, so the standings for a completed month never change afterwards. If you want to see how the current month is going, use Badge Lovers or the Slack command.
Reading the table
Column | What it shows |

Flaree Types | How many different cards they received. Ten of the same card counts as one type. |
Points and Flaree Cards are not the same number
When someone sends a Flaree they also choose its weight: 100, 70, 50 or 20 points. So one card can be worth five times another.
Someone who received three high-value Flarees can outrank someone who received eight small ones. That is intended: the leaderboard measures the weight of recognition, not its volume.
The leaderboard shows the top 10 only. There is no second page. In a company larger than ten people, most members will not appear even when they have received points.
Received, not sent
The ranking counts what you receive. Sending Flarees earns you nothing here, no matter how many you send.
This is deliberate, and it is why badges exist. The two systems measure opposite things:

Someone who recognizes the whole team every week may never reach the top 10, and will collect badges instead. Full rules: Badges
Filtering
Department — available on every view. Defaults to All Departments. Useful when comparing across a large company would not be meaningful.
Sprint Duration — Sprint Champions only. Match it to how your team actually works.
Select Month / Select Quarter — look back at completed periods.
Sprint Champions has no period picker: you can change the length of the window, but it always ends today. You cannot look back at a past sprint.
How the sprint window works
The sprint is a rolling window that ends at the current moment, not a fixed block aligned to your team's sprint dates.
A 14-day sprint always means "the last 14 days from now". Open the page on Monday and again on Friday and the window has moved by four days. Someone can drop down the ranking without anything happening, because a Flaree they received has simply aged out of the window.
Badges in the table
The Badges column is a summary, not a full list. Two things to know:
Only your highest monthly badge appears. Elite Motivator outranks Team Player, so someone holding both shows Elite Motivator alone.
Sprint Champions hides the monthly badges and shows only Week Leader and Flaree Master, because a monthly badge does not fit a two-week window.
For a person's complete badge collection, click their row.
The details panel
Clicking a name opens a panel with their profile, department, badge collection, and total points earned all time, rather than for the selected period. Alongside those are activity metrics: Flarees sent, the ratio of given to received, and weekly averages.
Read the ratio and the weekly averages as rough indicators. They combine all-time and period figures, so their exact values shift with the view you opened the panel from. The badge counts and total points are reliable.
The leaderboard in Slack
Type /flaree leaderboard for a quick standing without leaving Slack. You get the current month's top 3 plus the badges the company has collected so far this month. Only you see the reply.
Slack and the web app deliberately show different months. Slack covers the month in progress, so it moves daily. Monthly Masters covers the month that has closed, so it is final. Two different questions, two different answers, both correct.

What counts towards points
Every Flaree you receive adds its point value to your total for the period. That includes automatic celebration Flarees: birthdays, work anniversaries, and the company birthday, if your admin has enabled them.
So a person whose birthday falls inside the selected period carries points nobody sent them by hand. In a small company this can visibly move the ranking for that month. The weekly owner report excludes celebration Flarees for exactly this reason, so its figures and the leaderboard will not match.
Plans
Basic leaderboards and achievement badges are part of every plan. Sprint leaderboards, quarterly rankings and department filtering belong to the Advance plan.
Common questions
I received Flarees but I am not on the leaderboard.
Only the top 10 appear. Check that the period is right too: Monthly Masters covers last month, so anything received this month is not in it yet.
I dropped in the ranking without anything happening.
On Sprint Champions the window moves with time. A Flaree received 15 days ago is outside a 14-day sprint today.
Someone has fewer Flarees than me but more points.
Cards are worth 100, 70, 50 or 20 points. Fewer, heavier Flarees beat more, lighter ones.
Slack shows different numbers than the dashboard.
Slack reports the current month, Monthly Masters the previous one. Both are correct for the period they cover.
My badge disappeared from the table.
The column shows only the highest monthly badge, and Sprint Champions hides monthly badges entirely. Click your row to see everything.
I send Flarees constantly and I am nowhere.
The leaderboard ranks what you receive. Sending earns badges instead.
